Today, there are several varieties of face masks with different effects adapted for problem skin such as acne, dry, sensitive or normal skin to maintain the condition of the skin. By using a face mask a few times a week, you give your skin the best possible conditions for recovery.
What is the best way to use a face mask?
It is important to never apply the face mask without first cleansing your face. Also make sure to remove dead skin cells by exfoliating the skin. This is to make your skin as receptive as possible to the serum contained in the sheet mask.

Always read the instructions for use carefully for the period in question. Using a sheet mask can feel luxurious and nice to keep something longer, but this can have the opposite effect. This happens if the sheet itself starts to dry out because then it recovers the serum that is meant to be applied to the skin.

Once your face mask has worked, do not wash your face. Because if you wash your face, all the great ingredients you want to add to your skin disappear. Instead, let the serum work on the skin, pat in what hasn’t sunk in and follow up with a face cream/emulsion.
How often should you use a face mask?
A face mask should never be used on a daily basis, but instead only 1-2 times a week to supplement your skin care.
