Terms of purchase and delivery

We offer delivery to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We offer free delivery throughout Sweden and fixed cost delivery throughout Europe.

The delivery time is about 3 working days in Sweden and about 5 working days in Europe.

Orders placed in the evening or on weekends are sent the next working day. If there is a delay in delivery without us notifying you, please contact customer services immediately.

Please check that the delivery details such as name, address and phone number are correct before finalizing your purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change these details once the order has been packed.

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

If your order confirmation takes more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service. Due to technical failures or other circumstances beyond our control, your order confirmation may be delayed or not sent at all. Do not hesitate to contact us in such cases.

The recipient is responsible for checking that the shipment and products are undamaged upon receipt of the package.

If the parcel is to be collected from a postal agent, the customer will receive a notification describing where and when the parcel will be collected. In this case, the customer must collect the parcel within the time specified in the notification. Notification can be done by email, SMS or regular mail. Normally, parcels should be delivered in person with a parcel ID and valid identification. If you have lost your parcel ID or have questions about the collection, please email us at customer service.

Delayed delivery:

If we are unable to send your order within the deadline, you will be notified by email.

Uncollected parcels

The customer must provide valid and correct delivery information. If Myneed receives a package back that was sent to the wrong address or not collected, it is up to the customer to pay for new shipping. Myneed will email the customer at the provided email address when we receive the package back and notify and await a response from the customer. For orders that are not collected, we charge a fee of 250 SEK.

Payment

The customer can pay in the ways indicated at the time of ordering. To make payment as smooth and secure as possible, we work with Klarna.

Right of withdrawal

Usually, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act applies from the time you receive the product. Because we at Myneed care about our customers’ reviews and convenience, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal instead and you as a customer do not have to give a specific reason.

The product to be returned must be unopened and not destroyed or damaged, including the packaging. The product must be in its original packaging, which must be undamaged. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for both the cost of returning the product(s) and that the product(s) are returned undamaged. You will therefore have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods.

Complaints

A complaint must be made via our customer service. Complaints about defective products must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, but no later than 5 days. Please note that the broken product and its packaging must be kept until the matter is resolved. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you before further processing. We normally handle complaints within 1-5 working days depending on the workload. If your complaint is approved, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days or send you a new product if you wish.

Conditions for gift vouchers

General conditions
  • By completing your gift card purchase, you have accepted the terms and conditions below.
  • The gift card is impersonal and can be given to any person.
  • The gift card is only valid as payment when you shop on our website.
Delivery

The gift card will be sent to the e-mail address specified as the recipient of the gift card at the time of purchase.

Period of validity

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The validity period is indicated on the gift card.

Receipt

After your purchase, you will receive a receipt by email. Check that the receipt matches what you ordered.

Changed conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the conditions at any time. Changes to the conditions will be published online on the website.
